YW! No this is the first proposal of its kind that I’m aware of. I’m hoping it sparks much needed discourse around the protection of rights that were never granted and should never be revoked regardless of the technological advancements.
I don't know if these are actually good guys, but you could add the amendments to the Amendment Project database:
"The Amendments Project (TAP) is a searchable archive of the full text of nearly every amendment to the U.S. Constitution proposed in Congress between 1789 and 2022 (more than 11,000 proposals); records of petitions introduced in Congress between 1789 and 1949 that propose, support, or oppose constitutional amendments (more than 9,000 petitions); and thousands of proposed amendments that never made it to Congress."
Wow. You've got something here. At the very least they will know why we have had enough of their backwards crap as has been coming to more of a head from what was reported from Technocracy News on July 4th, recognizing the push back going on. You guys have everything to do with that. Very good to see. This baby will help do the trick. Super good.
This is very thorough. I just read it this afternoon. I think XV.4 needs more rigorous definition and constraints placed on what constitutes an emergency.
I am preparing to pilot this here in SC.
Thank you both for the thoughtful work you have put into this. Excellent.
Thank you for that feedback! I’ll have a look and consider. Fantastic! Please keep us posted on how it goes in SC! 🙏🏼 also lmk if I can be of any assistance!
What would prevent these characters from using a digital model of any part of the natural world, like the sea or the sky or the moon or maybe some molecule that everyone depends on, however detailed or allegedly accurate that model may be, as a tradable thing on a market somewhere, and thereby enclosing more of the commons?
Because that would be a bad thing if they start doing that, or don't stop if they already started.
So for example if they created a market for something everyone needed and currently gets for free, and started trading in that market in some online casino, or started selling derivatives based on that market, and then for some allegedly legal reason related to that could they start interfering with the free use of that thing?
When it comes to the collection and selling of personal data, I think that train left the station a long time ago. It is now a multibillion dollar industry and our tax dollars have been used to build out the infrastructure through Facebook, X, and the larger internet. I would be happy if these internet platforms would simply stop censoring my god damn writings.
Meanwhile we have foreign billionaires that finance the woke No Kings Rallies, or Qatar pushing Islamic fundamentalism on our college campuses. And that problem requires RICO prosecutions and other policies that stop this undermining of our republic. Finally we have cunt trees like Great Britain censoring Anti-Globalist Speech with prison sentences and financial penalties. THAT is a violation of our right to free speech and also needs to end. In short, unless we can organize against this crap, which seems impossible, we are just frogs slowly being cooked in a large iron pot. Perhaps the only hope is asserting our right to self defense which may, ultimately, require violence against our oppressors. We've been silent far too long.

I read your book and watched one your presentations with Patrick. I wrote an essay for my readership, and it’s proving to be my most popular piece so far. Thank you for the enlightenment 🙏 https://wendywilliamson.substack.com/p/the-last-asset
thanks for the pdf.
I think most people would be in favor of this but sadly most aren’t thinking about the consequences. yet.
has your model amendment qualified as a proposition or voted on in any states yet?

Much needed!

Thank You Courtenay. The need for this confirms that we humans have free will and we're ready to say no.
Would you consider adding a page on this to citizendium, Larry Sanger's alternative to Wikipedia?

I’m not familiar with how but I’m all for it.

They might not—does that mean we shouldn’t have them?
